Administration and Customisation of the Club’s Website
When creating the navigation and structure for the club’s website, you can easily add “categories” “pages” and “links”. This allows you to organise the content in a way that best suits the club’s needs.

How to set up the website’s navigation
From Spond Club, click on Website in the left-hand side menu
Click Pages and menus
Here you will see an overview of all the pages, categories, link pages, and smart categories you have created
To choose the type of content for the page, click the Add New -button
You can now choose to add a new:
Category: This is a menu option that will appear as a main section on the club’s website.
Smart Category (if activated): Read more here about smart category/smart menu.
Page: These are individual pages that can be placed under a category. For example, you can create an “About Us” page under the “Club Information” category. Read more in-depth about how to add a new page here.
Link: Here, you can add an external link that directs users to a specific website, such as the club’s social media or a partner’s site.
Once a type is created, you will have access to various editing options by clicking the three dots on the right
By clicking on the three dots on the right side of an element, you can perform several actions. You can “add a new category,” “link,” or “page.” When you add something, it will be placed under the selected menu option on the website. Additionally, you can “edit” the current element, “hide it from the menu” if you don’t want it to be visible to users, or “delete” it entirely if it is no longer relevant.
Add to hidden elements
The process for adding hidden elements, such as pages or links, is the same as when creating elements for the main site. You follow the same steps to create categories, pages, or links, but scroll down to “Not shown in menu” and click the “Add New” button.
By doing this, you choose to keep the element hidden until you are ready to make it visible. This gives you the flexibility to prepare and manage content without needing major changes later, when you’re ready to publish.
When you want to publish a hidden element, click on the three dots to the far right and select “Move to menu” to make it visible on the club’s website.
