Setting up a course or event in Course Registrations is simple and it only takes a few minutes.
Go to 'Course registrations' in the menu. To create an activity, go to 'New form'.
Fill in the basic information about the course or activity, including title, description and date. You can also specify whether the registration form should be available in the course overview or whether it should only be available via the sharing link that you can later send out by email or social media.
Now, set up the products. It can be one product or several. You also set a price if you want the member to pay for what they sign up for. You can also set up a recurring subscription on your course.
A couple of things to note:
A product can have several options, such as which days you want to participate.
You can specify the price for the number of optional extras, and if you want to give a bulk discount, you can do this by adjusting the total price for anyone who adds multiple options/items.
Now, decide if you want to allow external registrations and decide which fields you need any non-members to complete. This ensures you have all the information you need on non-members attending.
Finally, you can decide if you want to add any custom fields that are unique to non-members. This could be something as simple as indicating their current level of skill in your sport. You can also decide if participants need to accept the club's terms and conditions, and whether photo consent is required for the event.
