How Spond Works

A simple app that can also be accessed on desktop via a dedicated admin interface, our team management solution offers everything you need to manage a grassroots team or group. Organise, engage, request payments and fundraise on a single platform.
The Spond Club Management Solution - Spond Club
As you grow, our Spond Club interface is designed to help you make the move to managing multiple teams or groups, giving you complete oversight of coaching, payments, events, messaging and fundraising for all your groups, or selected ones.

The beauty of the Spond platform is that most users and all non-admins will have no idea that you are using Spond Club. Although you will have complete oversight of all activities in each team or group, including admins, members, events, payments and messaging, Spond App users will notice no difference all in their day-to-day use of the app.
Free at the point of use
Both the Spond App and Spond Club are completely free to download and use. Spond only charges for transactions processed via the app using our secure payments portal, and also for fundraising campaigns. And unlike many of our competitors, there are no limits on the number of groups and teams, or the number of user, you can add and organise.
A Fully Integrated Team Management Platform
Spond features can be broken down into three key areas:
Send invitations and reminders for matches and other events
Send messages to all users or specific groups, such as everyone in a particular team role, or age group
Send out task requests and ask people to volunteer - ie. Lifts to an away game or someone to prepare post-match snacks

Request payments for match fees, membership dues or anything else and process them directly in the app
Send out membership renewal requests and monitor responses
Securely store files relating to your groups, members and events

Request availability for a particular day or timeslot - Ideal when you have multiple teams to pick
Set up courses and academies in Spond Club, monitor responses, process payments and offer optional add-ons to attendees

The Spond Help Center is an amazing resource where you'll find everything you need to make the most of the Spond platform. Simply press the icon in the bottom right corner of the Spond app to access our smart support center, where you can search for help on anything from signing up to setting up a fixture or payment request.
And in the unlikely event that our Help Center doesn't contain the information you need, we have actual humans available to lend a hand on chat support.
Data Storage and Security
Spond stores all club, group and personal data securely and in line with all national and international legislation in markets where we operate, including GDPR. We are guided in this according to four key principles:
