How do I disable Cashback in a group?
The group admin can deactivate Cashback for the group at any time by following the steps below.
App:
Open the app
Select Groups
Go to wish group
Select the three dots in the top right corner
Scroll down and select Cashback
Select the cogwheel in the top right corner
Deactivate Spond Cashback
Web version:
Log in to your Spond profile here
Select the group in question
Fundraising
Cashback
Scroll to the bottom of the page and on the right side select the button Deactivate Spond Cashback
If you deactivate Spond Cashback, the group will no longer receive money and supporters won't be able to collect Cashback for the group. If the group has outstanding funds, they will be paid out based on the regular payment schedule.

You may not have the correct rights as an admin, to be able to edit/deactivate Cashback, your admin role must have the rights Settings.
