How do I create Cashback?
Group members and group admins can easily become Cashback supporters and support their groups through our Cashback program, both in the app and the web version. Here are the simple steps you can follow:

Open the app
Select Groups in the menu at the bottom
Select the required group
Select the three dots in the top right corner
Scroll down and select Cashback
Select Support this group and register your bank card
Web version:
Log in to your Spond profile here

How do I become a Cashback supporter without a Spond profile?
Even if you don't use Spond, you can contribute to a Spond group by becoming a Cashback supporter. receive a shareable Cashback link from a group member/group admin and use it to support the group's finances with your purchases from our partners. Your contribution as a supporter is a simple but powerful way to support local teams and groups.

App:
Open the app
Select Groups in the menu at the bottom
Select the required group
Select the three dots in the top right corner
Scroll down and select Cashback
Select Share cashback group link
Select one of the options or copy the link by selecting it and share it wherever you wish
Web version:
Log in to your Spond profile here
Select the group in question

Under Share cashback group link, select Copy group link. The cashback group link is now copied to the clipboard
Once you've received the link and registered as a Cashback supporter for the group(s) of your choice, you'll receive a verification email. You must select Confirm in the email to verify that you want to support the group(s).
⚠️ NOTE!
You may want to save this email if you later want to change the distribution/remove support to one or more groups. You then select Confirm the button in the email you received and you'll be taken to the website to manage your Cashback support.

If you do not see the button Support this group, then the admin(s) haven't yet activated Cashback for the group.
I do not have a Spond profile and have deleted the email I received when I registered as a Cashback supporter, and now I want to remove/change my cashback support to one or more groups. What do I do?

If you want to remove/change your Cashback support for the group(s) you support and have had the misfortune of deleting all emails from Spond regarding Cashback. Then you can contact us and we will help you. If you've other emails from Spond regarding Cashback, you should be able to find the link there that will take you to the page to manage your Cashback groups.
If I pay contactlessly with my phone or smartwatch at one of Spond's Cashback partners, will I still receive Cashback?

No, unfortunately. Cashback is not registered if you pay with a mobile phone and/or smartwatch. You need to use the physical card, either contactless, with a chip, or with the magnetic stripe. 💳

Our customer centre is here to help, please contact us and we will look into the matter. In order for us to investigate this thoroughly, we need the following information:
Bank statement: We need a statement showing the last four digits of your account number, the purchase price and the payee.
Receipt: If you still have it, we ask for a copy of the physical receipt.
As soon as we have received the necessary documentation, we will investigate the reason why the Cashback was not registered automatically. If there is no error, we will ensure that the Cashback for your purchase is registered manually.
