⚠️ Cashback is only available in Norway

You've the option at any time to distribute your Cashback between multiple groups or change which groups you support. Here's how you can do it:


How to distribute Cashback between different groups?

By following these steps, you can easily choose which groups you want to give Cashback to. The amount will be divided equally between the selected groups. For example, if you support two groups, the Cashback will be divided equally between them.

How to distribute Cashback between your groups

App:

  1. Open the App

  2. Select fundraising in the bottom right corner

  3. Cashback

  4. Edit groups you support

  5. Here you can change the distribution of Cashback to different groups. You can also archive Cashback for other groups you are an admin in, or invite the admin of other groups you are in to activate Cashback.

Web version:

  1. Log in to your Spond profile here

  2. Select Fundraising on the top line

  3. In the side menu on the left, select Cashback

  4. Select Edit groups you support

  5. Here you can change the distribution of Cashback to different groups. Here you can also archive Cashback for other groups you are an admin in, or invite the admin of other groups you are in to activate Cashback


How to distribute Cashback between different groups without a Spond profile?

Non-members who are registered as Cashback supporters can change their support preferences via the email they received upon registration. Follow the instructions in the email and go to "My page" to update your Cashback support preferences.


FAQs

I do not have a Spond profile and have deleted the email I received when I registered as a Cashback supporter, and now I want to remove/change my Cashback support to one or more groups. What do I do?

If you want to remove/change your Cashback support for the group(s) you support and have had the misfortune of deleting all emails from Spond regarding Cashback. Then you can contact us and we will help you. If you've other emails from Spond regarding Cashback. Cashback, you should be able to find the link there that will take you to the page to manage your Cashback groups.

If I pay contactless with my phone or smartwatch at one of Spond's Cashback partners, will I still receive Cashback?

No, unfortunately. Cashback is not registered if you pay with a mobile phone and/or smartwatch. You need to use the physical card, either contactless, with a chip, or with the magnetic stripe. 💳

I haven't received Cashback even though I have shopped with one or more of the cards linked to Cashback at Spond. Why not?

Our customer centre is here to help, please contact us and we will look into the matter. In order for us to investigate this thoroughly, we need the following information:

  • Bank statement: We need a statement showing the last four digits of your account number, the purchase price and the payee.

  • Receipt: If you still have it, we ask for a copy of the physical receipt.

As soon as we have received the necessary documentation, we will investigate the reason why the Cashback was not registered automatically. If there is no error, we will ensure that the Cashback for your purchase is registered manually.
