How do I delete a group with Cashback?
If you are considering deleting a group with outstanding Cashback, the group admin must contact us. The group admin must notify us of the deletion and provide us with the exact group name in the enquiry before the group is deleted. If Cashback is to be transferred to another group, the group admin must also provide us with the exact group name of the group to which it's to be transferred.
When deleting a group with outstanding Cashback, you can choose:
Transferring outstanding Cashback to another group: If the amount earned hasn't reached the minimum threshold of £50, the £50 welcome gift amount will be deducted on transfer.
Payment of outstanding Cashback: In the case of direct payout, the same rule on the minimum limit applies. If the amount earned is less than £50, £50 for the welcome gift will be deducted from the amount paid out.

If you've deleted a group that had outstanding Cashback, it's important to contact us to ensure that these funds are handled correctly.
For Groups Below the Minimum Limit: If the outstanding amount did not reach the minimum threshold of £50, please contact us. Remember to include the exact group name in your enquiry to help us quickly identify your group.
For Groups Above the Minimum Limit: If the outstanding amount was above the minimum threshold, the payment should be made automatically. If you haven't added a bank account, or if you haven't received the payout, please contact us for further assistance.
