Free trial period
Enjoy a free trial, providing plenty of time to explore and customise the site to match your club’s vision. The trial period is six months for users in the UK and twelve months for users in the USA, tailored to suit each region.
For Australia, Canada, countries in the euro zone, Norway and Switzerland, a 12 month trial period applies.
Monthly website cost
The table shows the cost of a website across different countries:

The prices in the table represent the monthly fee for our website services in each market. This means that the monthly cost of a website varies depending on the country and currency.
⚠️ NOTE! The subscription for the club website can only be paid by card. It is not possible to pay by invoice or using other payment methods.
Start the club website subscription
If the trial period for the club website is nearing its end, or has already ended, you will see one of the following messages when you select Website from the left hand menu in Spond Club:
Select Activate subscription or Go to "Billing settings", and the following message will appear:
Select Subscribe now. You will then be redirected to Stripe, our payment provider, where you can enter your payment or card details. Once the process is complete and the payment has been registered, you will be redirected back to Spond Club, and the subscription will be activated immediately.

From the Website section in the side menu, select Admin panel.
Select Billing settings.
Then select Subscribe now.
You will then be redirected to Stripe, our payment provider, where you can enter your payment or card details. Once the process is complete and the payment has been registered, you will be redirected back to Spond Club, and the subscription will be activated immediately.
Change the payment method for the website subscription
Has the payment card added earlier expired, or would you like to change the payment method for another reason?
Follow the steps below to update the payment method.

From the left hand menu, select Website.
Click Admin panel.
Select Billing settings.
In the pop up window that appears, select Manage my subscription at the bottom left of the window.
You will be redirected to the club’s subscription page in Stripe, our payment provider.
Here, you can see the club’s subscription, monthly price, next billing date and registered payment method.
Select Add payment method. You will then be redirected to a page where you can update the payment card.
Fill in the fields, then select Add.
If you did not do this when adding the new card, you can now set the new card as the default payment method and then delete the old card.
Click the three dots to the right of the new card you added, then select Set as default.
Then click the three dots next to the original card and select Delete. You will then be asked to confirm that you want to delete the card.

You will be redirected to the club’s subscription page in Stripe, our payment provider.
Here, you can view the club’s subscription, monthly price, next billing date, registered payment method and cancel the subscription.In the top right corner, click the button Cancel subscription.
You will then be taken to a summary page where you must confirm that you want to cancel the subscription. Here, you will also see how long the club website in Spond Club will remain available, either until the end of the billing period or the trial period.
💡 If you change your mind, you can undo the cancellation by clicking the button to reverse the cancellation. The button appears in the top right corner after step 7 has been completed.
