Increase the Club’s Credit Limit in Spond Club

If your club reaches its credit limit in Spond Club, you’ll need to submit a request to Spond to increase it.

If you attempt to issue a refund without sufficient credit available, a notification will appear in the refund window. You will then be given the option to apply for a higher credit limit.

When requesting an increase, you must explain why the additional credit is needed and specify the desired amount. Spond will review your request and notify you once a decision has been made.

⚠️ Note: If your club has not received any payouts within a three-month period, Spond will issue an invoice for the amount of credit used for refunds.
