  • Email notifications: Members who have not downloaded the app but have email notifications enabled will receive the message via email.

  • Missing contact point: If a member’s profile only has a mobile number but they’ve logged into Spond using an email address, you won’t be able to send the message. In such cases, you’ll see 'Missing contact point.' For members with a complete Spond profile, it will say 'Spond profile.'
