There is only one Spond platform. The Spond app is used by group admins, coaches, team managers, guardians and members. Spond Club is used by club admins, committee members and senior coaches overseeing multiple teams and groups.

Designed for clubs with multiple groups or teams, Spond Club allows you to manage your entire club from a simple web browser interface, saving you even more time and stress. The desktop interface is simple and intuitive, giving you complete oversight of all members, coaches and group admins.

Is Spond Club a replacement for the Spond app?
Spond Club is designed to work alongside the Spond app and is not intended to be used on its own.
While it may be technically possible to use Spond Club without the app in some very specific cases, we strongly recommend using both. The platforms are built to work seamlessly together and offer the best user experience when used in combination, both for administrators and members.
Why can’t I log in to Spond Club?
Why can’t I log in to Spond Club?
In most cases, this is because you do not have a Spond Club profile. Even if your organisation uses the Spond app, that does not automatically mean your club or organisation also has a Spond Club profile. You can create a Spond Club profile here.
If you already have a Spond Club profile but still cannot log in, it is most often due to an incorrect password or because you no longer have access to the phone number that was previously used for two-factor authentication (2FA). Make sure you have entered the correct password. If you have forgotten your password, you can click the link next to the text "Forgot password?" and you will be given the option to receive a link to reset your password.
If the problem relates to 2FA, or if you still cannot log in with the correct email address and password, please contact Spond Support, and we will be happy to help you.

Yes, even when groups are added to Spond Club, group events and communication can still be done within each Spond group in the app. Spond Club is the membership system - Think of Spond Club as the back-office system that be used to manage and, if necessary, override the Spond app.

No, you can continue to use the app in exactly the same way, although you may notice that some messages, events and payment requests apply to the whole club, not just your group.
