Updated over 2 months ago

If you reach your credit limit in Spond Club, you'll need to apply to Spond to increase it.

If you try to create a refund with no credit available, you’ll receive a notification in the refund window and will be given the option to apply for a higher credit limit.

When applying for a higher credit limit, you must explain why you need the increase and specify the desired amount. Spond will review your application and notify you once it’s been processed.

NOTE: If your club hasn't received any payouts within three months, Spond will send an invoice for the credit used on refunds.
