I have deleted my Spond profile but regret it, can I restore my profile and get my groups back?
No, unfortunately it's not possible to restore your Spond profile. You are of course welcome to create a new profile, see here on how to do this.
The admin of the group(s) you were in can either invite you or you can receive a group code and join the group by entering the group code in the app.
