With the Spond app, you can easily request and manage payments for your groups. Whether it's membership fees, match fees, or equipment costs, everything is handled within the app. You can easily log all incoming payments and send reminders to those who have outstanding amounts.

  • Secure payment processing: All payments are processed safely and securely through our trusted payment provider, Stripe.

  • Customised payment requests: You can create payment requests for specific groups or subgroups, such as for a trip, annual membership fee, or new uniforms. Add a description, set a deadline, and specify whether the payment is mandatory or optional.

  • Flexible pricing options: It's possible to set a fixed price, or you can offer multiple pricing options and quantities.

  • Easy payment options for members: Members can pay directly in the app or via email if they don't use the app.

Can I use my existing Stripe account in Spond, or merge it with the account created through Spond?


If you already have a Stripe account, it’s good to know that this account is not used in Spond. The account you create through Spond is a separate account linked to Spond’s main account. This means you cannot log in to Stripe to view the payout method from Spond, and it is also not possible to merge your existing Stripe account with the Spond account.
