To see what the prizes are, select the trophy at the bottom left of the ticket. The admin can also see the prizes when they create the campaign.

Winners can choose from a selection of prizes offered by Spond.

The prizes are delivered with a thank you card honoring those who contributed their support.

Unfortunately, it's not possible to exchange a prize after you've made your choice, unless there is a complaint. The prizes are of such a nature that the lottery sale can be organised as a competition outside the Lottery Act.

This varies slightly between each product. A cost is then added to get the product all the way home to each of the contributors.

The prizes will be a combination of everyday items such as a toiletry bag, backpack, reflective harness, water bottle, fleece blanket and lunch box.

Prizes are delivered free of charge to winners within 21 working days.

Prizes that are not collected within the pickup deadline will be returned to the sender. Unfortunately, Spond does not have the capability to resend prizes that have been returned or have been delivered to the wrong location due to incorrectly entered postal codes.
