⚠️ NOTE!
Fundraising campaigns with digital scratch cards are only available in Norway.
Please be aware that the text on the button for creating digital scratch card campaigns may vary depending on the season. For example, at Christmas, the text will be “Selg digitale julelodd 🎄”.
How do themed scratch cards work
The themes you can choose on the scratch cards will vary throughout the year and apply to a specific time period. This is to ensure that fundraising campaigns feel relevant (e.g. Christmas, Easter) and that you can have several campaigns throughout the year that will be experienced differently.
How much do the tickets cost?
To see the current prices, create a fundraising campaign through the app or website. The price per ticket will be provided at the bottom of the registration process.
How do you pay for the tickets?
You can pay the lottery tickets with Vipps. After the payment has been processed, the tickets will appear on the screen and can be scratched. If you get 3 matches and win, you can choose a prize.
The buyer will then receive an e-mail with a receipt for the purchase and a link to the lottery tickets.
How much profit does the group get per ticket?
A significant portion of the proceeds from each ticket sold goes to the group, while the rest covers costs such as prizes, transaction fees, logistics, shipping, service operation, and administrative expenses. Spond is a free app that only makes money when the groups or clubs make money. This allows us to continue developing the service.
If someone chooses to give a custom amount, the profit will be calculated based on the standard ticket price, and 90% of the excess amount will go directly to the group.
Where can the group admin see the status of the campaign?
While the campaign is running, you always have an updated overview of total profit, how many tickets each member has sold and sales via the group fundraising page. You can find this overview by selecting your admin sales page and scrolling down the page.
What is the probability of winning and how does the draw work?
The probability of winning is 1:50. When a lottery ticket is purchased, there is a digital draw service that picks one or more random lottery tickets for the buyer. The lottery ticket has 9 fields that must be scratched. If the ticket has 3 equal symbols, it's a winning ticket. It's only possible to win once per ticket.
Frequently asked questions
Why are my sales not registered in the overview? I have sold 6 lottery tickets, but only 3 tickets are registered with me.

Each member is assigned a private fundraising link upon creation of a fundraising campaign.
Tickets, sales and profit generated through a member’s unique link are registered to that individual. The group administrator can view a full overview of this in the export.
In addition, creating a fundraising campaign generates a shared group link, which is only provided to the administrator. The administrator may distribute this link to other members or share it, for example, on social media. A shared sales link is useful if sales should not be attributed to a specific member.
Sales made via the group’s shared fundraising link are collected in a common pool, covering all tickets, sales and profit. In this case, it is not possible to see which member sold the tickets. This appears under “Fundraising page for the group”.
I've bought lottery tickets but haven't received them. Inside the bank it says drawn. Why has this happened?

When you buy a lottery ticket, you'll be sent a receipt by e-mail where you'll also receive a link to scratch the tickets. Can you check that this is not in your junk mail?
If you haven’t received the email, we can send you a link to scratch the cards. We’ll need the contact information you provided during the purchase.
