⚠️ Fundraising campaigns with digital scratch cards and product sales are only available in Norway


How do I edit a fundraising campaign?

If you want to edit the fundraising campaign after it's been created, select the three dots (...) in the top right corner of the campaign. Remember, only admins who have the rights Manage settings, have the ability to edit.

How to edit a fundraising campaign for digital scratch cards


App:

  1. Open the app

  2. Select collect

  3. Select your required campaign

  4. Select the three dots (...) in the top right corner

  5. You'll now have the opportunity to

    • Add participants

    • Remove participants

  6. Edit campaign settings

    • Theme

    • Period

    • Show first

    • Fundraising target per member

  7. Edit fundraising page

    • Group name

    • The purpose of the fundraising campaign

  8. Add payout account

  9. Export sales to Excel (only when the campaign is active)

  10. Customise your thank you email

  11. Copy campaign

  12. Hide shortcut on the front page

  13. End campaign (only when the campaign is active)

  14. Delete campaign

Frequently asked questions

I'm an admin in the group, but I can't edit the fundraising campaign or export the battles. Why can't I do this?

If you are not allowed to edit a fundraising campaign and you are an admin in the group. Then you may not have all the rights.
