Are you finding that the web version of the Spond app or the Spond app itself is running slowly, or that other errors are occurring without any clear reason? These situations can be a bit frustrating, but there is a simple solution that often helps: clearing your browser data, also known as cache, and cookies.
Cache and cookies are stored to make websites faster and more user-friendly, but they can sometimes become outdated or conflict with new data. When this happens, it can cause the system to behave unexpectedly. By clearing these stored data, you give your browser a fresh start, which can often resolve the issue.
If you are using the mobile version of the app, there are also some general measures you can try, which you can read about further down in this article.
We have created a step-by-step guide to show you how to clear your browser data and cookies for your specific browser. If this does not resolve the issue, you will also find more tips later in the article.
