Getting Help with Spond

If you contact us via our website (spond.com) or from the help centre, you may not be logged in. In this case, our system will register you as a visitor rather than a Spond user. We prioritise our users and therefore always recommend that you log in before reaching out to us.


Spond Group Members, Guardians, and Administrators

Log in to the app on your phone → Go to your profile → Help Centre.

If you are logged in on the web version of the app, you will be directed straight to the help centre.

You will always be asked to search our help centre articles first, and we hope you find the answers to your questions there. If not, you will have the option to send us a message.


Spond Club Administrators

Log in to Spond Club here and click on the message icon in the top right corner to contact us.

If you have opened the user manual from the menu in Spond Club, you will remain logged in when you enter the help centre.


Visitors

You must log in to send us a message.

Is your enquiry related to scratch cards or prizes from a Spond fundraiser?

  • If you’re missing scratch cards → check the receipt we sent you via email. There you’ll find a link to the scratch cards. If you haven’t received the receipt, please contact us.

  • f you’re missing a prize or if the prize is damaged → send us a message, and we’ll follow up. Please include the name and email address used for the purchase, and if possible, attach a photo of the Vipps receipt. We’ll assist you as soon as we can.
