At the bottom left of Spond Club, you will find the Help Centre button. Here, you can access useful links to better understand Spond Club, as well as resources to help promote your club more effectively.

In this tab, you will find a link to our “Get Started” article, which provides a brief introduction to Spond Club. There is also a step-by-step guide that shows you how to set up your club, either by using existing Spond groups or by creating new groups from scratch.

In the “Onboarding Setup Guide” tab, you will also have the option to enable/disable the setup guide. For new clubs, this guide will appear upon login.

After the guide has been activated again after being disabled, you can bring up the onboarding setup guide by clicking the “Home” button at the top of the left-hand side menu.

The onboarding setup guide helps you with the essential functions needed to get your club up and running. It provides instructions on how to create a group, add group roles and member types, manage custom member fields, import members, and customise various group settings.

In this tab, you will find a link to the Spond Club Help Centre, as well as a link to the Spond Social Media Kit.

The Spond Social Media Kit provides clubs with free and editable templates in Canva, which can be used for sharing on social media, the club’s website, and similar platforms. It’s a perfect tool for spreading information and recruiting new members in a simple and professional way!
