When the limit of credit is reached in Spond Club, you must apply to Spond to increase the credit limit.
If you have no more credit available, you will be notified when you attempt to create a refund. In the same window, you will also be able to apply for a higher credit limit.

You must explain why you need a higher credit limit and specify the desired amount.
Spond will process your application, and you will be notified once it has been completed.
