Wherever you are in Spond Club, you will always find your profile picture at the top right of the screen. By clicking on it, you can access your Spond Club profile, change the language, or log out.

Spond Club Profile Overview

By clicking on your profile picture and then "Profile", you will access the profile overview of your Spond Club profile. This page is not related to any membership you might have in a club. You can find that information by going to "Members""Active Members" → search for yourself there.

In the profile overview of your Spond Club profile, you can change your first and last name, see which email address is registered to you, enable or disable two-factor authentication, and see which phone number is linked to two-factor authentication.


What is two-factor authentication?

Two-factor authentication adds extra security by requiring an additional authentication method besides your password.

We send a security code via SMS to your mobile number every time you log in to Spond Club or log in on a new computer. Two-factor authentication prevents unauthorized access and strengthens the security of your Spond profile.

⚠️NOTE! If you change your phone number, it is important that you deactivate two-factor authentication before losing access to the number. Then you can reactivate it with your new number. If you don't do this, you won't be able to log in to your Spond Club profile.

Language

By clicking on your profile picture and then on the globe 🌍, you can access the language settings. The language selection will only affect how Spond Club is presented on this computer. The selected language and country may also affect how dates are displayed, but the currency is still governed by the club's currency.

Spond Club can be displayed in the following languages:

  • Norwegian (Bokmål)

  • English (United Kingdom, Ireland, USA, Canada, Australia)

  • German (Germany, Switzerland, Austria, Belgium)

  • French (France, Belgium, Canada, Switzerland)

  • Dutch (Netherlands, Belgium)

Log out

Click on your profile picture and then 'Log out,' and you will be logged out of your Spond Club profile and taken to the login page for Spond Club.
