How to Navigate, View, and Manage Payments in Spond Club

Managing payments in Spond Club is simple and straightforward. From the Finance section in the side menu, you can access the Payments area, where you’ll find a detailed overview of all payments your club has received. This section helps you track, review, and manage payments efficiently, ensuring your club's finances are always in order.

Here’s how to navigate and make the most of the Payments feature:


Oversight

In the side menu under Finance, you'll find Payments, which gives you a full overview of all the payments the club has received. The overview is organised into the following columns:

  • Payment Name

  • Paid by

  • Total

  • Fee

  • Net

  • Refunded Amount

  • Date

You can also use filters to customise the view to suit your needs.


Viewing Payment Details

Clicking on a payment will take you to a detailed page with the following information:

  • Payment: The payment name and details.

  • Amount Paid: The total amount received.

  • Transaction Fee: The fee charged for the payment.

  • Net: The amount after fees are deducted.

  • Payment Date: The date the payment was made.

  • Member: The name of the member associated with the payment.

  • Paid by: Who made the payment.

  • Product: Which member it applies to, along with the product description and price.


Refunding a Payment

To refund a payment, click on the three dots in the top right corner of the payment page. A new window will open, allowing you to process the refund.
