It is currently not possible to create a subscription for a payment request in the Spond Club or Spond app. However, the functionality to create a subscription is available in Spond Club through "Booking Forms".
In other words, the club can set up registrations for, for example, after-school programs or activities that take place regularly over a longer period. Members can sign up and have an automatic monthly deduction without either them or the club needing to take any further action.
Difference Between Payment Requests and Registration Forms
With a payment request, members are given the option for a single payment or installment payments. If installment payments are offered, it is expected that the member pays the full amount, but they have the option to split it into smaller payments.
In a booking form, the form can be set up to function as a subscription. You can configure settings such as when the subscription starts relative to when the member signs up, how many months the subscription is valid for, whether prices should be reduced during certain months due to holidays or low season, and whether there should be a cancellation period. A subscription will typically run until it is cancelled or until the activity period ends.
