When a child is old enough to respond to events, posts etc. themselves, the administrator of the group can give the child access to the group. There are two alternatives around this and depends who should have the option to respond:

  1. Both the child and guardians shall respond on behalf of the child:

    1. Go to the member list and select a member to edit

    2. Press "Tap here to add email or phone on the child"

    3. Add the childs contact information; email and/or phone. They will then receive a group invite and can accept this. Read more

    4. Both the child and the guardians will now receive notifications and can respond on behalf of the child

  1. The child should be an adult member without guardians, responding on behalf of themselves:

    1. Change the age group type to "adult" within the group settings (three dots in the menu)

    2. Go to the member list and select a member to edit

    3. Remove the guardian/s by pressing the X next to their name

    4. Add the childs contact information; email and/or phone. They will then receive a group invite and can accept this. Read more

    5. The child will become an adult member in that group without guardians. The guardians lose access to the group and the members invitations.
