⚠️ NOTE!
If you've forgotten your password and you're logged out of the app, you can start the app and you'll see 'Forgot password' under the login fields and the Login button. Select this and follow the instructions. Alternatively, you can visit the password reset website.
What is 2-step verification and how do I turn it on or off?
2-step verification adds extra security by requesting an additional authentication method in addition to your password.
We send a security code to your mobile phone number every time you log in to Spond's website or log in to a new device. 2-step verification prevents unauthorised access and strengthens the security of your Spond profile.
⚠️ NOTE!
If you change your phone number, it's important that you deactivate 2-step verification before you lose access to the number. Then activate it again on your new number. If you do not do this, you won't be able to log in to your Spond profile.

Enter your number, if necessary Select the country code and select the correct country code.
Select next
You'll then receive an SMS with a code (valid for 5 min.) which you enter in the code field and press confirm

I have problem adding my phone number as 2-step verification. Why is that?
You can only use your phone number as 2-step verification for one Spond profile at the time. Instead of having two profiles, you could consider if you could use one profile and add multiple emails to it. If you have your phone number connected to one profile as 2-step verification and want to merge accounts you first need to turn off 2-step verification, then you can add second email to your primary profile to merge accounts and set up 2-step verification again.
