If you need a response from your members on something, you can create a poll in the group. With this feature, you can find out everything from what size each player needs for uniforms (Text poll) to what day is best for your group to have an event (Time poll).

How do polls work and what features are available?
Select whether the results should be visible to all members or only admins. Select "Hide votes" if only the admin should be able to see votes and results from the poll.
Choose whether members can vote for multiple options, or only one option
Set a response deadline for the vote, members can't vote after this
Send a reminder to respond and see which members have viewed the poll
To export, edit or delete the poll, Select the down arrow in the poll.
Members can vote blank by clicking the down arrow in the poll.
Text voting
You can add a question and additional description if needed. The maximum number of characters that can be added to the description is 1500.
You can create up to 30 options for members to vote on.
Time voting
You can suggest multiple dates and times for an event. After your members have voted, you can create an event directly from the poll by selecting down arrow in the top right corner in the poll.
The admin can thus choose the option where as many people as possible can take part. When the event is created, all those who voted in the poll will be notified of the time of the event when it's scheduled.
Unable to vote
If you are only an admin in the group, you won't be able to vote in a poll. If you are an admin but still want to vote, you must add yourself as a new member to the group even if you are already an admin. To do this, open the group and go to the members tab, select 'Add' and add yourself as a new member. After this, you can re-enter the poll to vote.
Can't create a poll
It may be that the text you've entered is too long (max. 1500 characters) or that you've added too many answer options (max. 30 options).
You must be an admin in the group to be able to create a poll. If you are an admin but still do not see the Add to button under the Polls tab, it means that your admin role does not include access to Polls.
