In addition to joining a group and sending messages, there are some other functions that you as a member can see and use. In this help article you'll find an explanation of what the different functions are and how to use them.
Member List
When you're in the group, select Members to receive a list of all members in the group.
When you're in the member list, Select Member and do the following:
See the member's contact information (only if the member has chosen to have this information visible)
See the member's guardians (the member has one or more guardians), regardless of whether contact information is hidden or not
Contact the member and any guardians via messages in Spond. If the member has chosen to have their contact information visible, you can also send an email/call
When you're in the group and have selected Members , you can select Administrators to show everyone with an admin role. Contact information for the group's contact person will be visible to everyone.
Push notifications in groups (mobile app)
It's possible to customise push notification settings per group and subgroup if you wish. This can only be done in the mobile app.

Open the app
Groups
Select the required group
Select the bell 🔔
You can now choose between the main group and/or subgroup(s) and set what you want to be notified about or switch on/off push notifications for the entire group/subgroup.
Subgroups automatically use push settings from the main group, but if you wish, you can have different settings on the main group and the subgroup(s).
Subgroups
Subgroups in Spond are smaller, specific groups that are part of the main group. They allow you and the other members to focus on specific interests or activities within the parent group. An example of the use of subgroups is if a main group has been created with the title "Team name Boys 03", then the titles of the subgroups (teams) can be yellow/red/green or zebra/tiger/lion etc.
To become a member of a subgroup, one of the group's admins must add you to a subgroup.
