When synchronising the calendar, you must select a default calendar in which events will be displayed, you can choose the interval for how long before the start of the event you should receive a reminder, whether to synchronise all events, only accepted or only missed events, and more.

You can choose to be notified before an event starts. Adjust you want to be notified and how long before you'll be notified under calendar alert.

Synchronisation of accepted and missed events
You can choose whether you want to synchronise accepted and missed events or just one of them. You do this by switching the switches on or off under events. The switch to manage notifications for events can be found by following steps 1-3 under default calendar at the top of this article.

If you wish, you can choose to have events from just one or several groups/subgroups displayed in a specific calendar on your phone. Or if you do not want events from one or more groups to appear in the calendar on your phone at all.
