When you are in a group and have navigated to “Members,” you’ll see the group’s member list. Various symbols are displayed on the profile picture or initials. These can be seen in the member list either in the app or on the web version. Below, you can read what the different symbols mean.
Symbol and meaning
If the symbol is an envelope, it means that the member has not logged into the app, and all notifications are sent to the email address registered to their Spond profile.
If the symbol is a Spond logo, it means the member has downloaded and logged into the Spond app. All notifications are sent via the app.
If there is a yellow exclamation mark, you can click on the member to see what the issue is. Often, this indicates that the member has not accepted the group invitation. Every time an invitation or post is sent to this person, they will receive a reminder about the group invitation.
If no symbol is displayed, it means that either the member has no registered contact information in the group, or they are a minor with guardians responding on their behalf.
⚠️ NOTE!
Please note that reminders, such as notifications that you haven’t responded to an event, are always sent via email. Currently, it is not possible to disable these reminders.
