By going to the menu option "Club Registration Forms" you will get an overview of all created club registration forms. Find the form you want to edit and click on the ⚙︎ ("Manage form").

In the text box "Details" and "Member Notifications" you will find the option to "Edit". Through Edit, you can choose to modify the content and details of the form. This allows you to update information, customize questions, and adjust settings as needed.

⚠️ Note! Changes to the form will affect all future registrations. Existing registrations will not be affected. If the form is active, the changes will take effect immediately after you save.
