As your club evolves, you may need to update your registration forms to ensure they capture the right information and meet the needs of your members. Spond Club makes it easy to edit your club registration forms, from adjusting content, consents and additional waivers to updating member notifications.
Go to the menu option “Club registration forms” to see an overview of all registration forms that have been created. Find the form you want to edit and click the → ⚙ icon (“Manage form”).
In the text boxes “Details,” "Consent," “Additional waivers” and “Member notifications,” you will find an edit option. Click the “Edit” button in the desired text box to open and modify the content and details of the form. This allows you to update information, customise questions, and adjust settings as needed.
⚠️ NOTE!
Changes made to the registration form will only apply to future registrations. Existing registrations will remain unaffected. If the form is active, any updates you make will take effect immediately after you save them
