This article provides an overview of the features for club sign-up forms.

It explains how you can view active and deactivated forms, create new forms, or edit existing ones. It also shows where you can see a list of form links, view external forms, and invite new members.

This page is organized under the categories "Active" and "Deactivated" forms, and the choice between "Active" and "Deactivated" forms gives you different options.

Active Forms

Manage Active Forms

View List: This function provides you with a link that opens a page where you can see all existing sign-up forms for the club. By clicking "View List," you can easily get an overview of which forms are available.

Further down, you can see all active forms and their various functions.

  • Copy Link - Allows you to copy the link for the specific form.

  • Open in New Tab - Opens the form for registration.

  • Manage Form - View form details, edit the existing form, or deactivate it if necessary. Read more about editing forms here.

  • Invite Members: The invite members function allows you to invite new members, choosing the type of recipient.

    In the next window, you can add recipients and filter based on various criteria to achieve a more targeted and specific result.

The options are fewer when a form is deactivated, focusing on editing or reactivating the form instead.

  • Manage Form - View details of the deactivated form and instructions on how to reactivate it.

  • Three Dots (...) - Activate Form
