How to Edit and Update Your Club Registration Form in Spond Club

As your club evolves, you may need to make updates or changes to your registration forms to ensure they capture the right information and meet the needs of your members. Spond Club allows you to easily edit your registration forms, from adjusting content to updating member notifications. This guide will show you how to modify your existing forms and what to expect when making changes.


Editing Your Club Registration Form

To edit an existing club registration form, go to the Club Registration Forms menu, where you’ll find an overview of all forms that have been created for your club. Locate the form you want to modify and click on the ⚙︎ icon next to it, labelled Manage Form.


Editing Options

  • Details: In this section, you can update the basic information on the form, such as the title, description, and registration details.

  • Member Notifications: You can edit the messages sent to members, such as the confirmation email and notification of approved sign-ups, by clicking Edit within this section.

By using the Edit option, you have the flexibility to:

  • Modify the form’s content.

  • Customise questions to fit the club's evolving needs.

  • Adjust registration settings and group/team selection options.


NOTE: Changes made to the registration form will only apply to future registrations. Existing registrations will remain unaffected. If the form is active, any updates you make will take effect immediately after you save them.
