Filtering and Columns in Spond Club
Updated over a week ago

Spond Club offers several tools that simplify and streamline administrative tasks. Two of the most important tools are filtering and column selection. These features are consistent throughout Spond Club and help make administrative work more organized and user-friendly.

By using these functions, you can quickly find, sort, and manage information. This article provides a detailed explanation of how the filtering function in Spond Club works.

Filter

At the top of the member overview, you will find "Add filter". Here you can filter by standard fields such as date of birth, gender, and country, or use custom fields that you have created in the club settings, such as jersey number and school.

How to Add Filters

  1. Select filtering criteria: Click on "Add filter" to open the filtering options.

  2. Set criteria: Choose the criteria you want to use to filter the data. This can include things like payment contact, jersey number, or date of birth.

  3. View results: Filtering will immediately display relevant matches that meet the filter you set.

This functionality makes it easy to keep track of and manage members effectively after filtering.

Column

Columns refer to the different categories you can use to organize member information.

To add more columns, click on 'Column' and check the desired criteria, or use the search function. You can sort by clicking on the different category names in the column header. This allows you to organize the information according to the desired criteria.
