Frequently Asked Question

Why can’t I log in to Spond Club?


In most cases, this is because you do not have a Spond Club profile. Even if your organisation uses the Spond app, that does not automatically mean your club or organisation also has a Spond Club profile. You can create a Spond Club profile here.

If you already have a Spond Club profile but still cannot log in, it is most often due to an incorrect password or because you no longer have access to the phone number that was previously used for two-factor authentication (2FA). Make sure you have entered the correct password. If you have forgotten your password, you can click the link next to the text "Forgot password?" and you will be given the option to receive a link to reset your password.

If the problem relates to 2FA, or if you still cannot log in with the correct email address and password, please contact Spond Support, and we will be happy to help you.
