Easily manage your profile, language preferences, and security settings in Spond Club.

Wherever you are in Spond Club, your profile picture is always visible at the top right of the screen. From here, you can access your profile settings, change the language, or log out.


Spond Club Profile Overview

By clicking on your profile picture and selecting 'Profile', you'll access your Spond Club profile overview. This section is not connected to any membership in a specific club. To find information about your club membership, go to 'Members''Active Members' and search for yourself.

In the profile overview, you can:

  • Update your first and last name.

  • View the email address registered to your profile.

  • Enable or disable two-factor authentication.

  • See the phone number linked to two-factor authentication.

What is Two-Factor Authentication?

Two-factor authentication (2FA) adds an extra layer of security by requiring a second authentication method in addition to your password. When logging in, you will receive a security code via SMS, which ensures that only authorised users can access your Spond profile.

NOTE: If you're changing your phone number, be sure to deactivate 2FA before losing access to your old number. You can reactivate it with your new number later. Failing to do so will prevent you from logging into your profile.


Language

To change the language in Spond Club:

  1. Click on your profile picture and then on the globe 🌍 icon.

  2. Choose your preferred language. This setting only affects how Spond Club is displayed on your computer, including date formats, but does not change the club's currency settings.

Available Languages:

  • Norwegian (Bokmål)

  • English (UK, Ireland, USA, Canada, Australia)

  • German (Germany, Switzerland, Austria, Belgium)

  • French (France, Belgium, Canada, Switzerland)

  • Dutch (Netherlands, Belgium)


Log out

Click on your profile picture and then 'Log out,' and you will be logged out of your Spond Club profile and taken to the login page for Spond Club.

Don't worry, we'll sort this out for you. Due to security reasons, this may take a bit of time, but simply contact us, and we’ll help you regain access.

How do I change the language in Spond Club?

Click on your profile picture, then the globe 🌍 icon, and select your preferred language. This only affects how Spond Club is displayed on your device.

What happens if I lose access to my phone number with two-factor authentication enabled?

If you've changed your phone number and can't log in, contact Spond support. They will help you deactivate two-factor authentication and regain access to your profile.

Can I change my email address in Spond Club?

No, you can only view your registered email address in the profile section, but you cannot change it. Contact support if you need assistance updating your email.
