Operator: This incentive offer is managed and operated by Spond Ltd, located at Profile West Suite 2, First Floor, 950 Great West Road, Brentford, Middlesex, England, TW8 9ES.

Eligibility: This incentive is open only to sellers (otherwise referred to as 'campaigners' or 'fundraisers') who have been nominated by their club or group admin to sell entries for a Spond Superdraw fundraising campaign.

Age Restrictions: Individuals under the age of 18 must have the explicit permission and supervision of a parent or guardian to be a seller in Spond Superdraw and, by extension, to be eligible for this incentive offer. In the event that a seller under the age of 18 emerges as the winner, the reward will be sent to their nominated parent or guardian on their behalf.

Offer Period: The incentive offer is run in parallel with the opening and closing dates of each monthly Superdraw. It will take account of all Superdraw entry sales sold by each nominated campaigner for the whole of the month, regardless of when an individual campaign is started.

Reward Details: There will usually be only one winner (See paragraph 6), determined as the seller who has sold the highest monetary value (in GBP) of entries across all Superdraw fundraising campaigns for a particular monthly Superdraw. The reward is normally a £100 Amazon Gift Card. Spond reserves the right to vary this reward at its own discretion without amending these terms and conditions, with any changes to be publicised alongside the relevant monthly Superdraw.

Winner Determination: The winner will be the campaigner with the highest sales total in GBP when the relevant Superdraw closes at 12:30 UK time on the last day of the relevant month. Spond's decision in respect of all matters to do with this incentive offer will be final and binding. Spond will not enter into any discussions or correspondence about the determination of the winner.

Additional Winners: From time to time, Spond may, entirely at its own discretion, choose to offer additional seller incentive rewards (ie. For the top three sellers in a particular month). When this occurs, the details will be publicised alongside the Superdraw for that month, including the number of rewards and the value of each gift card reward. The winners will be determined in the same way as outlined above (ie. Top seller, second top seller, and so on) and all of these terms and conditions will apply in the same way,

Non-Negotiable: The reward is as stated above (or in the relevant publicity), and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The reward is non-transferable and non-negotiable.

Related Terms: Participants in this incentive offer are also bound by the primary terms and conditions of Superdraw, Spond's terms of use, and Spond's privacy policy. Where any discrepancy or conflict exists between these terms and conditions and the primary terms and conditions of Spond Superdraw, the primary terms and conditions of Spond Superdraw will take precedence.

Data Protection: Any personal data relating to participants will handled in line with Spond's privacy policy, which means it will be handled in accordance with UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the individual's prior consent.

Publicity: The winner of this incentive will be asked to take part in publicity for Spond Superdraw, with the permission of a parent or guardian if they are under 18. They, or their parent or guardian, will be asked to sign off any collateral relating to this publicity before it is published. The incentive is not conditional upon agreeing to take part in publicity and the winner (or their parent or guardian if they are under 18) may choose not to do so.

Jurisdiction: This incentive offer and these terms and conditions will be governed by the law of England and Wales and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Withdrawal: Due to the fact that all sellers will be automatically entered into this incentive, it is not possible to specifically withdraw or exclude yourself from the offer while the relevant Superdraw is active. However, the winning seller may of course choose to decline the incentive reward when contacted by Spond Ltd to inform them of their win. In this event, the reward will be then offered to the second best-performing campaigner, and so on.

Acceptance of Terms: By participating in this incentive offer, and accepting the reward when offered it, participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Cancellation: Spond Ltd reserves the right to amend or cancel this incentive offer and its terms and conditions at any time without prior notice, where deemed necessary in its opinion and/or if circumstances arise outside of its control.
