There are many ways to get help using Spond
If you contact us from our website or in the Help Centre you may not be logged in and will be seen as a visitor and not a user. We prioritize our users and always encourage you to log in before you send us a message.
Spond group members, guardians & admins
Log in to your app on your phone -> Go to profile -> Help Centre.
If logged in to the web version of the app you will be sent to the Help Centre.
You will always be asked to first search in the Help Centre and we hope you will find the answers to your questions there. If not you will be able to send us a message.
Spond Club admins
Log into Spond Club on club.spond.com/login and use the messenger from there.
If you have opened the user guide in the menu from Spond club you will still be logged in when you arrive in the Help Centre.
Visitors
If you reach out on our website or in the Help Centre directly and you are not logged in other priorities may occur, like longer response hours.
