For a detailed overview of all payments, you can download a payment export from your Spond profile. This export includes two spreadsheets:
Payments
This spreadsheet provides an overview of the estimated payout date, which event the payout applies to, the expected arrival date, the amount and any fees.
Transactions
This spreadsheet covers the same, as well as details of who has made the payment and to which member. Note that only admins who have created the payment request have access to download this export.
How to download payment exports?
To download the payment export, navigate to your profile by selecting the profile icon in the top left corner of the app, or on your name in the top right corner of your browser.

This may be because you haven't added an account number to your payment method. Please double-check this. You can see how to add an account number afterwards here.
I have selected daily payments, it's now been many days since I received my first payment. Where is the money?
I have selected daily payments, it's now been many days since I received my first payment. Where is the money?
Due to regulations, our payment intermediary (Stripe) is required to hold the funds for first payout for a minimum of 7 business days after they are received. This means that your earliest payments will be paid to your account is seven business days after the payment is made, even if you choose daily payments.
If the account is newly created, please note that we need to confirm that your details are correct before we start the payouts. This process usually takes up to five business days from when you add the payment method.
