In the Finance section of the side menu, you’ll find Settlement Reports, where you can get an overview of payments made to the club based on the selected payment frequency and other key details.
The overview is divided into the following columns:

Created
Total
Account Name
Account Number (last 4 digits)

You can export an Excel file containing a summary of one or more periods. Follow these steps to export your reports:
Hover your cursor to the left of the Paid Out date. A white box will appear; click on it to select the report.
To export multiple reports, repeat the process for each report you wish to include. You can also click the white box next to Paid Out to select all reports at once.
After selecting one or more reports, an Export button will appear in the top right corner. Click on it.
A box will appear with your email address pre-filled. You can remove it and enter a different email address if needed. Click the turquoise button labeled Send export via email.
The export will be generated and sent to the specified email address within a few minutes.

The exported file contains several tabs:
Payout Overview: A summary of all payouts to the club.
Club Payments: Details of payments made to the club.
Group Payments: If the bank account is shared with groups within Spond Club, this tab provides an overview of group payments.
