Payout overview in Spond app

For a detailed overview of all payouts, which can assist you in reconciling received payments from Spond, you can download a payment export from your Spond profile in the app or the browser version of the Spond app. The export includes two spreadsheets.

Payments

This spreadsheet provides an overview of the estimated payout date, the associated event, expected arrival date, amount, and any fees – information that can be used to reconcile income with Spond’s payouts.


Transactions

This spreadsheet covers the same information as in Payments, along with details of who made the payment and to which member. Note that only administrators who created the payment request have access to download this export.


How to download payment exports?

To download the payment export, navigate to your profile by clicking on the profile icon at the top left of the Spond app, or on your name at the top right in the browser version.

  1. Open the app

  2. Select your profile picture

  3. Payment

  4. Under Payment methods, select the payment method in question

  5. Export payments

  6. Enter email

  7. Exports

Web:

  1. Log in to your Spond profile here

  2. Select your profile picture

  3. Payment

  5. To the right of the payment method in question, select Export payments

  6. Enter email

  7. Exports



Frequently asked questions

I've added a payment method and members have paid but I haven't received the money yet. Why?


This may be because you haven't added an account number to your payment method. Please double-check this. You can see how to add an account number afterwards here.

I have selected daily payments, it's now been many days since I received my first payment. Where is the money?

Due to regulations, our payment intermediary (Stripe) is required to hold the funds for first payout for a minimum of 7 business days after they are received. This means that your earliest payments will be paid to your account is seven business days after the payment is made, even if you choose daily payments.

If the account is newly created, please note that we need to confirm that your details are correct before we start the payouts. This process usually takes up to five business days from when you add the payment method.
