Unprocessed members
Updated over a week ago

Unprocessed members must be approved before they become active in the club, but they will still have access to the groups they are members of via the Spond app.

Members who are imported or registered by group administrators through the Spond app appear on this list so that you or others with club administrator access can review and approve the membership.

You can choose to approve each member individually, or you can select all members on the list by checking "select all".

All members will automatically be classified as "Member" when they are imported in a single operation. If you want to assign a different member type than 'Member' when processing new members, it might be more appropriate to do this in several steps.

If you delete an unprocessed member instead of approving or merging them with another, the member will lose access to the group(s) in the Spond app.

Duplicates

You will see an orange alert for all duplicates.

To review them, click on the name (do not select) or "review" and a screen will appear that looks like the image below.

Then click on "show duplicate and merge"

If it is the same member, review the data and click "merge". If there are discrepancies between the unprocessed and active members, this data will be displayed in red. In the right column, you can choose which data the merged member should retain.

If it is not the same member, but for example siblings, click "cancel" and "approve as new member".
