Spond Club makes it easy to create and manage groups for your club. Whether you’re setting up teams, organising members, or assigning payment methods, this guide will walk you through the process. Plus, we’ll cover how to add subgroups and what to consider when deleting a group.
We recommend creating one group per team or unit. You can also create subgroups within each group, with no limit on the number of subgroups that can be added. Additionally, you can create as many groups as you like. However, there is a limit of 1000 members per group.
⚠️ NOTE! If your club already has existing groups in the app, it is recommended to import these instead of creating new groups. Read more about how to import existing groups here. The “Create Group” option is intended for those who do not currently have any teams/groups using Spond.
