When the payment deadline has passed, you will see a "send reminder" button in the payment request. Even if you press "send reminder", messages will not be sent out immediately. After pressing the button, you can select which members should receive the reminder. You will also be able to see how many reminders the member has received previously and the date of the last reminder sent to the member.

How the Reminder is Sent

The reminder is sent both via email and in the app for those who have it installed. Those who do not use the app will only receive the reminder via email.

Sending Messages About Outstanding Amounts

To inform members about any consequences of non-payment, you can send a message directly to those with outstanding amounts. Follow these steps:

  1. Go to the "payment request"

  2. Scroll down to the recipient list.

  3. Filter by the status "unpaid"

  4. Select the members you want to send a message to, and click the "send message" button.

This allows you to clearly communicate with members about the importance of completing the payment.
