You can add a custom payment contact by going to the member’s profile and selecting “Edit”.
This is common in families where multiple adults are involved, or where an adult child handles training and similar activities themselves, but a parent or guardian remains responsible for paying the membership fee.
A custom payment contact will only have access to the payment information, not the membership details.
If the independent payment contact is not a member of any groups within the club (as is often the case for external contacts), the payment information will be sent via email. If they are linked to a group within the club, they will receive the payment request in the app and be able to pay on behalf of everyone.
