Under “Sign-ups” in the Membership section of the left-hand side menu in Spond Club, you can edit or remove the payment that a prospective member needs to pay before becoming a member of the club.
Edit or remove a payment for a club sign-up
When you are in the “Sign-up” menu, you can click on the name of a person in the list who has the status Pending payment.
You will then access an overview of the person’s sign-up, where you will see the buttons Edit Payment and Remove Payment.
Editing the Payment on a Club Sign-Up
If you wish to edit a payment for a sign-up, click on Edit Payment. A window will appear showing the due date, products, price, and any optional products.
To change the price, identify the product for which you wish to adjust the price → click into the price field for the specific product → enter the new price → click Save at the bottom right of the window.
To exempt a payment, untick the box to the left of the product you wish to exempt → then click Done at the bottom right of the window.
Remove Payment from a Club Registration
If you wish to remove a payment from a registration, click “Remove Payment”.
A confirmation window will appear, asking you to confirm whether you want to delete the payment from the person’s registration.
“Remove Payment” – After clicking “Remove Payment” → Click Confirm → A confirmation message will appear in the top right corner, indicating that the payment has been removed.
