You can add members to a group in the app and on the desktop interface. However, it is easier to do the majority of the administration on desktop.

On the web
Enter the specific group, and click 'Members'. This will allow you to directly add a young person or a parent/guardian. You can also enter a Microsoft Excel spreadsheet and copy and paste members directly into Spond.

You will be sent here if you choose to copy and paste from Excel or Google Sheets.

In the app
Enter 'Groups' and select the specific group, then click 'Members'. The option to 'Add another child' will then appear. You can also enter the profiles that are already saved to edit, delete or add multiple parents/guardians.
