When you log in to Spond Club, the home screen is the first thing you see. Here, you'll see a dashboard with an overview of various key metrics related to the club's members. You also have the option to add your own key metrics to customize the overview according to your needs.

⚠️ The dashboard is shared. Current and new key metrics are/will be visible to all administrators in the club.

Status In this view, you will see boxes that show the status of members, such as how many members are pending, how many potential duplicates you have, new members from NIF, members missing required information from NIF, etc. It also shows whether you are up to date with tasks such as processing members from NIF. If you click on one of the boxes, you will be navigated to the respective page.

On the far right of the page, you also have the option to choose whether to see all status types or hide those that are completed.

In this view, you will see boxes that show everything from expired payments, payments being processed, waiting lists, and registrations that need approval.

If you click on one of the boxes, you will be navigated to the respective page.

In this view, you will see boxes that, for example, show how many members you have in the current month versus last year, month, week, or yesterday. Click on one of the boxes, and you will be navigated to the respective page.

The boxes in this view can be customized. You do this by clicking on the three dots in the upper right corner of the box you want to customize. You can also add a new box/new key metrics by clicking on the box with the ➕ sign.
