How to Integrate with NIF?

🇳🇴: This article is only relevant for norwegian sports clubs connected to Norges Idrettsforbund (NIF)

Switching the member system must be decided by the board and reported to NIF. You can do this as follows:

  1. Log in to KlubbAdmin.
    ​

  2. Select Organization → Membership System.
    ​

  3. Read through the messages on the page.
    ​

  4. If the sports club has previously reported to NIF which membership system they have chosen, it will be shown here. If no membership system has been reported, it will say "No data found."
    ​

  5. Select the desired membership system from the dropdown list.
    ​

  6. The providers listed are those with an approved NIF integration and are authorized to manage membership data for sports clubs.
    ​

  7. Click Save.

This "order" is now registered with NIF and will be verified by NIF Digital Support.

Spond will notify you when your Spond Club account has been synchronized with NIF.
