Contact Spond Support, and we will assist you in deleting the club. Please note that it may take a few days for the deletion to be processed.

There are some important steps you, as the club administrator, must complete before we can delete the club for you:
All groups and departments linked to your Spond Club profile must be deleted.
All active members must be deactivated under “Active Members”.

Why?
When you delete a group in Spond Club, this has the same effect as deleting the group directly in the Spond app. This means that the group and all associated content will also disappear from the app and cannot be restored.
Deleting a group in Spond Club does not simply remove it from the club system – it also affects the app. The same applies to members: if a member is deleted in Spond Club, they will also be removed from groups in the Spond app.
Administrators will receive a clear warning when attempting to delete a group or member, so it’s important to read this carefully before completing the action. It’s helpful to keep this connection in mind if you’re considering deleting something, to avoid losing information or access to important data.
